Now for the moment of truth. We've been hacking on Fret War for almost a month now, working out kinks and trying to make it at least usable enough to do one round. It is now time to do Round 1.
You have probably had plenty of time to figure out what you'll do. The Xzibitonics round has been up for almost the entire development time. There's plenty of media and even tablature contributed by a player (who I forget, so let me know so I can toss you credit).
Check out the site, try to find things on it, and report back what you find. You can comment on the round (see the details), any submissions, the winnars page is working, it's all there. It might be rough in some spots, but it should work.
Round 1 opens officially at 12:00AM PST November 2nd and will go for 2 days. We'll close the round and figure out who the winners are at 12:00AM PST on November 4th and then setup for the next round after that.
Future rounds will be a full week, but we assume everyone's got content and wanted to make this one fast so we can assess the damage.
