I had actually worked out a little chord melody for “When Did You Leave Heaven”. Then I found out that song is still under copyright. Thanks Congress! Worked on that shit all week too.

Which left me with my backup plan, just my favorite jazz chord progression with a simple bridge and me screwing around with it. This is just me and:

1. Cold fingers.
2. Construction outside my window at 7am.
3. My G&L ASAT Classic S. Man I love this guitar.
4. My Blackheart Handsome Devil amp.
5. A couple mics, one on the amp and one on my picking hand.

Other than that it’s just what you’d hear in my little studio.
