The story does seem like you took Operation Mindcrime, threw all the characters and premise into a tub, rearranged them and threw in a Kingdom ;) Which is fine by me, that was a really great album.

Great idea. I’ve already got a rough cut for the first one and want to try the others too. This is an ambitious round though, I think you should extend the deadline to include next weekend. Prolly a good idea to always have them end on Monday morning anyway…
Hmm, 5 hours left and no submissions. 4PM PST Sunday is a strange deadline. I was always planning to do mine today (Sunday), but it’ll be cutting it close. This is why I suggested having Monday morning as the normal deadline (so you can fiddle with it all weekend up through late Sunday night). However, since there’s nothing yet, and several people said they wanted to do submissions, I’d suggest extending this another week

I’m kinda with Chad here — unless we get a bunch of last minute submissions that cover all 4 parts, I think we could probably extend at least part of this round, maybe at least break off part 4 and group it with part 5 from the unseen round 8 and then keep 6, 7 and 8 from round 8 to make round 9?
Seems like there are at least a few of us that will write/play these things, but production is about 1/week for most of us …
Or just say screw it, acknowledge it was too ambitious, learn from it and scale back future stuff …
Yeah, I’ve got a forum-announce up asking how long to extend it. Go there and throw your 0.02 in. I think we’ll take what we can get and then I’ll break it into 2 at a time for round 8.
