The theory is nice Zed … I don’t need it myself, but I found the Navy manual interesting … i don’t find the tetrachord thing all that interesting beyond being another way of looking at it.
Probably a bit of old dog, new tricks thing … I relate all the modes to either a major or minor scale. To me Lydian is a major with a #4, end of story.
I have paternal spring break duties this weekend (short vacation w/family @ waterpark) … so my submission will be early for me and will be singular …. someone else will have to be the multi-sub overachiever this round.
