Another one. Very noisy, this one, and some latency issue with Audacity and Jack that I can’t figure out how to fix. Must install Windows back to record/mix/edit music. Linux is no fun.

A little psychedelic Indian classical music kinda thing I put together fast. The rhythm is just a C chord being strummed/slapped etc. Second rhythm is a simple back and forth lick on the C major scale. The lead part is just, uh, I don’t really know. Whatever sounds good.

I spent about an hour laying the drums and the bassline, both of which I think sounded better than I expected. But when I laid the output on Audacity to actually record guitar over it, my brain drew a complete blank. I tried.

Last moment submission, just improvised really. Had to do this in 10 minutes or so, while Zed kept disturbing me on IRC. Sort of an early Thrash Metal feeling. Maybe even a slight NWOBHM touch to it.

Ha! So I let the rhythm loop for a while and jammed for a couple of hours until the psychedelics took control of the music. Before long, the music was me and I was the music. Let me know what you think!
