    I think your lead channels are a little to high in the mix … they completely bury the rhythm and drum tracks. It’s a balance, you want them in the forefront, but not so much they dominate everything.

    Otherwise, the recording itself is fine, you have to judge for yourself if the guitar sounds the way you want it to … and from there it might be as much tweaking your guitar sound as recording technique (mic type, mic placement, etc)

    Last post got dropped crappy internet, sorry if this is a dup…

    I like this sound. The backing track has a good groove to it. The lead has a good feel too. One thing though, the last chord in the backing track is kinda dissonant, it clashes with the solo (or vice versa). It’s the 7 I think before it resolves to the root (again crappy internet I only listened once).

    Anyway, thanks for the submission. You should play in the next round (btw where is it zed?)
